Since 2009, Food Grace Food recycling campaign has collected over 370 tonnes leftovers; there are around 2,000 beneficiaries every week.
While we are striving to accomplish our missions of fully utilizing food resources and reducing waste, food safety always comes first. All collected food is carefully picked, checked and tested to ensure they are safe to eat before we distribute them to our beneficiaries. Our food handling process also strictly complies with the guidance of the Centre for Food Safety.
